Private Yoga Session

Each Private Yoga Session is a living, embodied transmission—a sacred meeting between your body, your Soul, and the deeper intelligence moving through this moment of your life. These sessions are intuitively guided and responsive, allowing the practice to unfold in direct relationship with what your system is ready to receive.

Through breath, movement, stillness, and subtle energetic attunement, I guide you into a practice that opens the deeper layers of your being. Together, we work with what is present—cycles completing, initiations emerging, places asking for integration, and pathways seeking expression through the body.

This is yoga as listening. Yoga as remembrance. Each session is shaped in real time, drawing from your energetic landscape to support regulation, release, clarity, and coherence—meeting you exactly where you are.

How It Works

Book your session:
After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form to share any intentions, areas of focus, injuries, or themes you’d like me to hold.

We meet live (in person if you are local, or via Zoom):
Your session takes place live, allowing the practice to evolve organically in response to your body, breath, and energetic field in real time.

Integrate & carry forward:
You’ll leave with practices, insights, and a felt sense of coherence you can continue to return to—supporting integration well beyond our time together.
